HIGH QUALITY END GRAIN – Beautiful, high quality & thick, each of our premium end grain butchers blocks is constructed by hand from hundreds of pieces of top grade solid bamboo & are extremely strong & durable. The preferred choice for any budding or professional chef.

SELF HEALING & WON'T DULL KNIVES – Unlike face or side grain chopping boards, our superior end grain cutting surface means the natural wood fibres separate & absorb (catch) knife blades on impact hence blades don't dull, the block also resists nicks, gouges & "self heals" over time.

JUICE GROOVE & HANDLES – Our luxury butcher blocks have a versatile reversible design. One cutting side features a deep juice groove for carving meat & fruit etc, the reverse side has no groove so is ideal to use as an attractive charcuterie grazing or cheeseboard display platter. The boards also feature useful handle holes on each end.
